Terms of Service
Version 1.0
The product
BusinessPromptKit is a self-guided, downloadable digital toolkit: prompts, workflows, templates, and guides for applying AI to business work. It does not include personal training, coaching, consulting, custom implementation, one-to-one prompt creation, custom workflow development, or live onboarding.
Purchases
BusinessPromptKit is sold as a one-time purchase, not a subscription. There's no signup, account, or password — checkout only collects the payment details your chosen payment provider needs. Prices and currency are set server-side and shown to you before payment.
No outcome guarantees
BusinessPromptKit provides structured starting points, consistent process, and practical resources. It does not guarantee any particular business outcome, revenue result, or productivity gain — results depend on how the materials are applied to your own business.
Your license key
After payment, you'll receive a license key. It's the sole credential used to access your download — there's no account or password. You're responsible for keeping it safe: anyone with your license key can use it to download the product within its access window. Notify us if you believe your license key has been shared or accessed without your authorization.
License
Your right to use the materials is governed by the License page, which forms part of these terms.
Refunds
Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by a new version number on this page.
