General policy
BusinessPromptKit is a digital product. Because it becomes available for download immediately after successful payment, purchases are non-refundable once delivered.
Your consumer rights
This policy does not override statutory consumer protections that may apply in your country. Some jurisdictions — including EU and UK-style regimes — grant a right of withdrawal for digital content purchases. Where that right applies, it can typically be lost only if you expressly consent to immediate delivery and expressly acknowledge that doing so means giving up your withdrawal right. At checkout, we ask you to confirm both of these things before payment, separately from a general "I agree to the terms" checkbox.
We are not a law firm, and the exact scope of these rights depends on your specific location. If you believe local law entitles you to a refund we haven't accounted for, contact us and we'll look into it.
Exceptional circumstances
If you were charged in error, charged twice for the same order, or experienced a payment or delivery failure that prevented you from accessing the product, contact us — these situations are handled individually and are not covered by the general no-refund policy above.
