Do I need ChatGPT or another AI tool?
You need access to an AI chat tool that can follow written prompts \u2014 ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar. BusinessPromptKit doesn't include or require a specific AI subscription; it's the prompts, workflows, templates, and SOPs you use with the AI tool you already have.
Is this a subscription?
No — it's a one-time purchase, not a subscription.

How do I get the files after buying?
Immediately after payment, you'll get a license key — no account or password needed. Use it any time on the access page to generate a download link.
Is this self-guided, or do I get training?
Fully self-guided. There's no personal training, coaching, consulting, custom implementation, one-to-one prompt creation, custom workflow development, or live onboarding included.
Does support include training or custom prompt-writing?
Support covers purchase, payment, license access, downloads, and technical issues. It does not cover training, coaching, consulting, or writing custom prompts or workflows for you.
How long do I have to download it?
Your license is valid for 7 days from purchase, with unlimited downloads during that window.
What if I miss the download window?
Email support with your license key or order email and we'll extend your access directly — there's no separate self-service recovery step.
What's your refund policy?
Digital purchases are non-refundable once delivered, since the product is available for download immediately after payment. Where local consumer law grants a right of withdrawal for digital content, checkout will ask you to expressly confirm you understand that starting the download means giving up that right. Can I use this for client work?
Yes, personally and within one business you own or work for, including your own team. You can use outputs you create with the materials in client deliverables, but you can't resell or redistribute the source materials themselves. See the License page for the full scope.
What if online payment isn't working?
If card payment is temporarily unavailable, the checkout page will show an alternative way to order via email instead of a broken payment form.
