These are required for the site to work and don't need your consent:

• Session cookie — carries your in-progress purchase or license-key request between page loads. There's no account to log in to, so this never keeps you "signed in" — it's purely a security/continuity mechanism.
• Theme preference — remembers whether you chose light or dark mode.
• CSRF token — protects forms (like checkout and the license-key access page) from being submitted by malicious third-party sites.

Optional cookies

Analytics is currently enabled, using StatCounter to measure site traffic. This sets a cookie in your browser to distinguish repeat visits; it does not identify you personally.

We run Google Ads advertising, which sets a conversion-tracking cookie (_gcl_au) so we can measure which ads lead to a purchase. This is not shown to visitors from the UK, Ireland, or the EU/EEA, where this kind of cookie requires your consent before it's set — we're working on a full accept/reject choice for those visitors; until then, we simply don't load it for them.
